People descend very quickly on average. It is very sad. Alcohol, smoking, eating shit, chronic stress and lack of sleep demolishes most. If you get kids thrown into the mix it brutally ages almost everyone because of how stressful it is raising kids in modern times.

Robust aging genetics are rare. I might make a thread on why I think humanity is on a dysgenic path and why the average person has such shit genes.

They got brutally cucked by the GFC in 2008 when Gen Z were just kids. It made women more hypergamous. Lots of them also served in Iraq and Afghanistan which also increased hypergamy. Millennials were also the kids of Boomers so they had the be yourself attitude which is giga bluepilled. They also became more LGBTQ and fat-accepting.
