Who gets to chose who reproduces?
For lions only the strongest get to reproduce. Growing up as a young lion you are always in danger of your father losing a fight to a stronger lion whereafter you will be killed. The reason male lions kill the offspring of another male lion is because it would take away time from having their own kids type shit. This is very needed in order to make sure that lions remain strong. If weak lions for whatever reason may lose a battle they will not have any living children and thus their shitty genes or whatever environmental circumstances shaped them the way they are do not pass on. this is one way a biomass governs itself
I was gonna write more but I need to shower and shit so ill keep it short
Humans in hunter gatherer societies used to govern their reproduction primarily with looks and power. Families facilitated relations with a neighbouring prospective partner or perhaps a intratribal one.
When humans started to live in cities and do agriculture and shiiit, it switched to a more status based right of reproduction. Where fathers became the patriarchal powerhouse of the family with all the power. Marriages were mostly about securing a resourceful rich husband for their daughters because woman couldnt work and shit.
In todays world we move back into a more looks based right of reproduction where woman are free to choose whoever they like. this may be superior or something idk. Anyways I need bimax and my acne scarring to magically disappear
