i’m trying to get some bitches on my snapchat gym private story but every time i post my physique on here everybody shits on my waist. does it look brutal in this picture or good enough to post. i got this pretty hot girls snap like a week ago in the gym and i’m tryna get her to join it. my face looks fine in the picture so that’s not an issue. oh ya and i just measured my waist and it’s 30 inches at 177.5 cm isn’t that average??

this is the average guy physique, continue bulking and building a base with shoulders and back as focus and then cut and youll look better then 99% of guys physique wise

it looks average which is not a problem bro, to maximise it's smaller appearance become lean (never dirty bulk, it can make your obliques stronger making your waist wider) and build massive lats to fraud a small waist
