I counted it as 0.421 ESR and ideal is 0.455-0.475 so you’re a good bit below ideal but not anything to worry too much about

I don’t think it’s worth doing tbh because they a lot of surgeons will literally pull all of the skin off of your face and then reattach it and that can fuck up a bunch of stuff

first off all, all surgerons will in a subcranial & cranial obo second of all, if ur scared of cosmetic surgery, go look at functional surgeries that most people end up getting later in life

a few what? surgeons? the only surgeon that can do obo subcranial (reduces risk of dying by alot) is @RealSurgerymax, he invented the patent

oh, i guess a really intense one i saw recently was a craniectomy (isnt common but like 200k cases in the us last year) which is removing portions of the skull that takes like 4-5 hours to complete

Then your face is wide and makes your eyes appear close set.

If the width came from having wide zygos then I would advice you to get zygoma reduction. But in your case your whole face is the same width (upper and middle thirds) so thats not possible.

Low. Either accept it and move on or correct with OBO which is a very intense surgery. you might also need tripod since your PFL also looks quite low.

He has done 2, one with tripod. went well. You look young you'll probably need to money max first. By the time you wanna go he'll probably have a bunch under his belt. If any of them go poorly I assume that'll be the end of that.
