Growing up I ate basically no meat. Maybe 1x a month i would have meat cooked medium well. I grew up eating a lot of pasta, fruit, etc. Obviously this sucks
Bc of good looking parents i still ended up looking solid, but have a small palate and am pretty skinny but with a bit of fat. I believe I could have looked better.
Now at age 21, if i completely switch to eating eggs and raw meat, what would happen by age 25? Would there be a big improvement aesthetically? Could it make big changes bone development wise or height wise?
