How can I achieve forward growth and CCW rotation at 17?

My front profile is alright, while my side profile is absolutely horrendous. Please give me some tips, I'm 17 years old and I can't stand the way I look with recessed growth.

Any hair styles that suit blonde/yellowish hair? And how can I get tanned, I'm insanely pale. My eye's are also asymmetric so I was wondering if there are any exercises or practices I could do to achieve symmetry? Anything helps!
