from what i can guess my forward growth is pretty bad(i do have braces and a plate which i think helps) also im gonna try to debloat but other than that im kinda clueless.

honestly man if you get good sleep stay active and have a good diet you will be good, you're already 6 foot and have braces and palate expander which will develop your face ur good bro

i needed it cause of underbite and i think for both the braces and the plate it was roughly 10-11k aud

the braces are the expensive part but the plate i think was maybe 1.5k aud max
