Any advice on how to ascend?

I provided pictures and CT scan. I had one non invasive nasal laser surgery which gave me 20 percent more air. My nose is crooked and my orthodontist told me to get it fixed in like 2 years because i am still growing and the face might grow not symmetrical. The septoplasty will be paid for by insurance. I mouth breathed for many years because I did not get enough oxygen through my nose.

For me the question is if I qualify for bimax or similar surgery before septoplasty. I got lack of volume in under eye area. My jawline is recessed. I got also next to my nose these curves which indicate recessed midface. On top of it I got a flat upper lip which indicates recessed maxilla. I still dont get enough air and struggle sleeping on my back. For eyebrows I have been taking caster oil with micro needling for 2 months and tried trimming them. Im also considering retionol for under eye area.
I will probably get otoplasty at last which Ill pay by my own.

I had braces with these elastic bands which might have pulled my jaw back. I had 3 molar teeth extracted and 1 left because of "lack of space" (regret it)

Also any advice on a good haircut for now?

Id say grow the hair out first so it can cover your flared ears, also grow they eyebrows out and dye them. and u most likely need double jaw surgery paired with like implants

im recommending both. Obviously something like a bimax or trimax would be ideal, however its expensive, and there are genuine risks. Like if you get botched its over. You can usually get nearly the same results with a genio and midface/jaw implants.

if everything is recessed I should just get trimax with genio when bone growth is completed?

I couldnt nose breath before bc of lack of oxygen so couldnt do mewing and I had braces which recessed me even more. Now Im nose breathing but still getting not much air because of recessed face and crooked nose. The surgery didnt destroy any skin of the nose and it depends on the results. I got 20 percent but sometimes fixxes breath issues for other ppl completely. It was mostly covered so why not?
