i just wanna improve and start early
Chewing 2-3 hr daily hard gum (jawliner) gum , Start working out 3 times in a week do Back , Chest , Legs compound exercises , Start Swimming For broader Frame , Get out in the sun for 1-2 hr daily , Eat high protein diet , consume 200mg + your daily requirement ,
Diet -
Dairy , Eggs , Meat Fish Vegetables and fruits, No Sugars , No seed oils , Consume 1 tbsp Ashwagandha for 1.5 month In hot Milk Before 3 hr of sleeping and no food before 3 hr of sleeping and walk after dinner 15 min to reduce insulin spike , Sleep 10-12-14 hr as much as you can . bro Im 15 , i Started sleeping 12 hr Daily And I just hitted puberty and I watched increased speed bone development . And don't Forget to avoid PUFAs

bro let puberty run its course I went from 5’3 to 6’1 in 2yrs 15-17 just make sure ur diet is on point and start to enjoy cooking yourself good meals (high protein low carb, low sugar, stop eating fast food and get in the gym now)
