I'm in the same boat you're in but I've acended once first off starvemax do alternating fast do 1500 cal days followed by 0-300 calorie days do that back in forth consistently for fast results if you're willing to take time do 1500 cal days Make sure you drink water no juice no soda just water try do eat as healthy as possible but it's not absolute necessity just as long as you're not taking more than 1500 cal do simple workouts push-ups hammer curls overhead press with lateral raises so your frame doesn't descend in the process and as long as your bones are good you should acend here's my credentialsHelp a brother out![]()
