how can i ascend to htn

im currently abt 20%bf and working on lowering that besides that and my hair what would ascend me and whats my fullest potential.

I would say ur almost there ur like hmtn lhtn , u have very good eye area , Whats holding u back is ur hair and coloring so grow ur hair out get tan and tint the eyebrows , i promise u this will take u atleast to mhtn. Can u rate me tho ?

Only failos are narrow mouth and low lower third height

For narrow mouth: commissuroplasty
For increasing lower third height: intraoral opening wedge bony genioplasty
