How can i ascend to MTN or HTN with close to no money

Im a freshmen as of right now and I turn 15 in may and I want to know how to ascend, i would like to say im LTN and im 5'7 which is a completely different problem but I have no money to ascend but I really dont want to stay in LTN hell someone please help me is there anything I can do to get to MTN or HTN

I do skincare almost every day and I will admit there are things I could do more to fix my hygiene but I used to have long hair and everyone said it looked bad on me so I dont grow my hair out too much, what should I do

Your skincare looks shit.. Just microneedle with retinoids and use kojic acid to brighten your skin I guess.

No shit your hairs gonna look bad if you don't take care of it, try get a long afro that looks good - it's good for appeal and suits your "nerdy" phenotype.

dont only eat dinner you need to make sure your getting proper nutriens to support growth but besides that just gym max but to ascend you need money none of it is free besides sleep

I would like to say i have good habits and hobbies, I average 8-10 hours of sleep daily and the only thing im working on is eating because as of now im only eating dinner but someone here said to eat more than that so thats what im fixing now
