i'd say i'm high ltn-low mtn right now, or at least those are the ratings i've gotten in the past
16yo, 188cm(6'2), 73kg(160lbs)
I have around 500 euros (524 usd) to use monthly on whatever i want (ideally i'd be saving)
my diet is fine apart from occasional unhealthy snacks, sleep isnt great, averaging around 6.5-7 hours on weekdays and 10 on weekends
I just bought MK, Ashwaganda, d3k2, zinc, magnesium, fenugreek and calcium as supplements, not sure if i should use them, and if i should idk how
I'm planning on getting rhino and some filler in the future, but that can change if my bones change drastically
what can i do?
