By ascension do you mean become a high-level Chad? If that's the case, then you can't. I can tell just from this one picture that you don't have the facial bones and ratios to improve in a significant way that would boost your SMV by high levels. It would require multiple surgical procedures that are invasive and high-risk and probably even then you would look uncanny.

Just do some soft looksmaxing and maintence of your skin, with some gymmaxing. Accept that you're high-tier normie "good looking to some women, but most won't find you extremely handsome/sexy/Chad" and call it a day.

His nose is his biggest flaw i agree but still softmaxxs he can do such as growing the sides of his hair to cover his ears and add width to his face. Possibly some hairs could cover his nose hanging through the middle of his eyebrows creating and illusion of a smaller nose. his lips need work too possible lip plumper (makeup product).

Potentially ur face could develop more but i dont think getting a rhino will be an issue as long as you dont overslim ur nose and remove too much tissue and cartilage youll be fine. save till 18 then buy it
