I know my hairs shit but I’m gonna grow it out and cut the bleach off. My skins shit because I forgot to wash my face last night

Ignore these retard responses
1. Don’t bulk or cut you’re going to rape your hormones. Eat your maintenance calories and focus on getting high amounts of protein (at LEAST 1g/lb bw)

2. Get your brows shaped they’re uneven with eachother and have poor shaping, so it makes you look way less symmetrical even though it’s an easy fix.

3. Get 8+ hours of sleep. Try and get around 10 hours of sleep, you hear everyone say sleep is important but take it to heart. You need rest.

4. Stop stressing over things. Over looks, sports, whatever. Try not to stress at all because high cortisol is just going to make you look worse

Bulking for muscles 🫩✌️ I’m tired of the bloat tho so I might just maintain or wtv
if i were u

try to reach 10% bf as u face can mog hard or at least till your abs are truly noticeable

then you lean bulk (5 or 10% above your maintenance) until your abs ain't noticeable anymore -> cut

still in my teen years doe I don’t wanna mess my body up from cutting, my body needs a good amount of calories and protein for growth. But when I maintain I still see hella and and my face is slim

yeah but if you maintain u won't really ascend (lowering bf) it's about CI and CO
a slight deficit won't affect your body

all athletic, sporty teen are probably in a calorie deficit because of their high energy expenditure but they r the ones who make the most of their genetic potential and overall health i guess
 
Honestly other than getting lean, dying and shaping brows not much can be done without injecting or surgery
What could I inject?don’t really wanna do test and it’s difficult to find hgh in canada

Yeah as another norther hgh is hella hard to find here for even a semi reasonable price. If you don’t want to do test you could do cjc dac as a good alternative hgh. It’s not as affective but it’s still better than nothing

Yeah I’ve been thinking about getting cjc no dac but it’s half life is only like 30mins so maybe I’ll do dac and some mt2 for colouring perhaps maybe some enclomiphene for my peak natty test cuz my ball been feeling tiny lately (lil tmi)
