Lefort 1 Osteotomy
Orbital box Osteomy
Double jaw surgery
Sliding Genioplasty
Leg Lengthening Surgery
Trimax
Philtrum shorting
Hair transplant
But im not getting it anywhere soon Can i ascend without Surgerys any suggestions?

Im saving money for atleast 6 years its probably gonna be Enough but i can use my parents saving to ascend
