5 feet 7 inches, I know I'm pretty much doomed, trying anything at this point. Thanks for the recommendations, btw any recommendations for any haircut styles, and I'm kinda new to this, what is lefort 1,2, 3 ?

Where do you live? Lefort is a type of maxilla surgery that is used to pull it forward. Checking again I'd actually recommend double jaw surgery.
