Sorry if I sound retarted I’ve been eating 500 calories a day is there some kind of pharmacological intervention to avoid it

60%fat 40%protein

To avoid muscle loss just eat more. Very aggressive cuts will always result in some muscle loss.

You will lose muscle as the user above me pointed out. It's in the name "aggressive". Try to be more patient and aim for a realistic deficit that doesn't eat too much your gains. Also don't cut for too long cause you WILL hit a plateau/crash out. Trust me on that.

Bro, not gonna lie, you are going to lose a lot of muscle like this because you dont even hit enough protein . Eat your protein and be pacient there is ways to mitigate hunger . Also , like this you fuck up your homonest , your sleep you cognite ability . You will be cooked.

Let’s say I upped my calories up to like 800-1000 and got the correct protein intake for my weight would it still be dangerously low?

A deficit of more than 25% of your needed caloric consumption is bad for you and can or will lead to muscle atrophy.
