Brainwash yourself to be disciplined, have self improvement vids or motivation playing 24/7 about discipline, make it control your life, every second think about discipline and improvement. and then stop doing shit dopamine vises have a very boring life grow your ACC and when you have successfully changed your dopamine pathways in your brain, so baseline is the work, then dopamine max on top of that so wake up have caffeine mega dose, zyn, stims, other nootropics, semax, etc. and just get stimmed out extremely dopaminergic state while working.
