If you want to really want to quit porn, just like other things you really want, you will find a way. The best way to start is through no-fap. Harness the great feeling that comes from having that increased sexual tension and you will not want to jerk off anymore frequently. With no fap I think it makes sense to jerk off once a week or once every two weeks so you don't go crazy or get blue balled. This way even after you jerk instead of feeling like a piece of shit and not wanting to do everything, you feel mentally more clear since your not so horny. Realistically i think 2 months is probably the most someone can do since after a month you don't really get a increase in urges.

There is also another app called "Filer Chrome + App Blocker" from the same developers, which only allows you to user the SPIN browser and blocks the other browsers.

Anyway, I barely use my phone, I use my laptop to do things like browsing forums and listening to music.

It's very easy to do, just tell your computer to associate them to your home IP address by editing the "hosts" file.
My hosts file include news sites, 4chan, reddit, fb, ig, twitter etc. I'm very compulsive and it's the only way to stay productive and successful at what I do while connected to internet. If I went more often to this forum I would've blocked it too

The worst thing to have is to be like me and to feel BETTER in some cases after busting a nut. I have no shame and in fact a clarity comes over me.
