how can i bulk whilst eating healthy

how tf do i bulk and not become bloated whilst doing it, i’m 16, 172cm and weigh 52kg so i definitely need to put on muscle and bulk. however, i don’t want to have a bloated ass face so i’ve been eating really healthy. but because i’ve been eating really healthy the food i eat is really low in calories so i’ve put on no weight. i have a ridiculously fast metabolism so it’s difficult for me to bulk even if i eat tonnes of shitty food that will bloat my face to a balloon. so in conclusion, what the fuck do i eat to put on weight and stay debloated?

btw, my average food intake is: 3 fried eggs on toast in the morning; rice/pasta and some kind of meat and vegetables for lunch, 2 oranges and some strawberries/blueberries as a snack and then some sort of meat and rice/pasta/potatoes. i also try to drink 2L+ water a day
 
It's impossible, give up. Nigga why are so many people on here retarded. You need to eat more of the healthy foods obviously

You can make a gainer shake with protein powder, milk/chocolate milk, oats, peanut butter. Add that on top of what you normally eat. You can also start having a glass of milk with each meal. Liquid calories are a great way to gain weight.

just go on a lean bulk, not trying to fatten up and cut, but instead just slowly increasing the amount of food by like a 100cals a week and so on, that way you'd only be building lean muscle, if you even lift that is, would heavily suggest trying to find raw milk for cheap and cut out the bs pasta, could replace rice for buckwheat too cuz more nutrients

this is the first person with the same problem as me and the same height and weight, the only thing I know its lean bulking, basically eats mad healthy foods, no dirty bulking to get as little as fat as possible, but I can never do it because it's so expensive, so here I am stuck, same weight for years. Ong being fat is way easier, shits literally free and all u have to do is eat less

apart from chocolate milk, none of the foods I listed have processed sugar in them. Milk, peanut butter/nuts, oats are unprocessed or minimally processed foods. Milk and oats aren’t low glycemic index like a piece of fruit, but they don’t have added sugar either. But go ahead and stay DYEL you dumb faggot
