how tf do i bulk and not become bloated whilst doing it, i’m 16, 172cm and weigh 52kg so i definitely need to put on muscle and bulk. however, i don’t want to have a bloated ass face so i’ve been eating really healthy. but because i’ve been eating really healthy the food i eat is really low in calories so i’ve put on no weight. i have a ridiculously fast metabolism so it’s difficult for me to bulk even if i eat tonnes of shitty food that will bloat my face to a balloon. so in conclusion, what the fuck do i eat to put on weight and stay debloated?
btw, my average food intake is: 3 fried eggs on toast in the morning; rice/pasta and some kind of meat and vegetables for lunch, 2 oranges and some strawberries/blueberries as a snack and then some sort of meat and rice/pasta/potatoes. i also try to drink 2L+ water a day
