Bruh I‘m not fat or something but I can not stop eating. That’s what cooks my face in puffiness because I cannot stop eating.

idk nigga, some niggas say brush your teeth right after your main meals to stop snacking, no idea if it works tho 👍

The way it worked for me is by just not having junk food or snacks in my house/fridge.
It's much more difficult to overeat whole foods

It wasnt a joke
Until a month ago i had a very bad habit of eating chocolates or chips every day, and it lasted for about a month. At some point i just said "its not healthy for u" and i just stopped, thats all it took. Since then, i only had 1 chocolate in the entire month which is pretty good i guess

Okay, I know what you mean, and I’m not cheating every day, but when I’m hungry, I’m too lazy to cook for myself

drink water until ur full, or buy precooked meals from the supermarket (idk what theyre called but u get the point). and yes i know exactly how it feels eating unhealthy because ur lazy, but u can buy healthier stuff to eat that are the same as sweets in terms of preperation

instead of chips, eat walnuts or almonds (u can mix with greek yogurt too)
instead of chocolate, eat a cereal bar
