no lol. i only use retin-a at night. that pink pigeon shit looking thing is a pimple dryer thing

I've been using it for 5 months and still have a little bit of acne (less than u) it gets better over time, I also added azelaic acid and do retin-a 3x week and azelaic 3x, as time goes on your skin should get better, if it doesn't then add something else like azelaic acid/niacinamide or salicylic acid (something like that)
