How can I cope with bad eyesight?

Ppl have told me that i look better w/o glasses but without them i literally cant see shit beyond 15CM (-6 D myopia)
i get that i could just put them on when in class and have them off just walking anywhere but interactions could be weird cuz i cant even see peoples faces when talking to them.

I wanna get contacts but my parents could care less to go 2 hours away considering i live in such a lost area, just to spend more money on me.
only thing i could maybe do is get a better frame for the glasses but it wouldnt fix much

nah gotta get eyesight tests and get some certificate showing how bad it is to get them irl

I get you I also have bad eyesight and the glasses I wear makes my eyes look tiny. I just take my glasses off when Im around foids and will get surgery soon

Some kinds of glasses match your face better than others, If you know what face shape you have some websites can tell you which kind look best.
