Can someone link me supplements (like potassium) to buy for debloating,

and if i take potassium how much should intake daily? I can’t find a definitive answer on here. And is it still possible to debloat while eating normal foods but just avoiding extreme junk foods like chips, candy and chocolate etc but still eating like the odd microwaved meal?

also u need to look at every food u eat cause things u dont expect have massive amounts of sodium so even if u think u eat enough potassium shit like cheese or sausage can throw of the ratio and make you bloated

Yeah that’s why I ask on here do you think I should avoid all high sodium and carb foods and supplement potassium and just see how it goes? And what type of potassium should I supplement if so and how much?

potassium is cope

yeah its good. but eat them raw so you could get 100% of micro nutrients that help your gut to detoxify
I am actually gonna try this I think I will do this avoid extreme junk foods, I may have to eat the odd bad thing like a meal my mom cooks that may have slightly bad macros but I will supplement potassium to try and counteract this

when i stopped abruptly to eat junk food. I had diarheea detox. but after i gained the weight back throught eating raw meat and until now i didnt experience any stomach problems

if you dont want to supplement sodium, just stop eating salt
You mean potassium? I don’t think i get enough of it in my diet naturally maybe coconut water could help

coconut water and any other fruits that dont contain copeous amounts of fiber

there's no way you could completely avoid sugar, even meat has a form of sugar. you probably mean processed sweets

Final question being to you all , how much potassium should I try to get them in my natural diet? What should my potassium : sodium ratio be? And yes I plan to not eat anything high in sodium and processed sugars. And I think drinking 3-4L of plain water will help me immensely switching squash out for water.

That’s my problem though everything contains carbs….. how much carbs is acceptable to consume?
idk i try to stay under 100 or 50 really but idk if carbs bloat you for sure, ive read that its just glucose? or salt and stuff cause its associated with carbs, not completely sure, im experimenting rn but it seems low carb makes me bloat less? (not completely sure cause my diet is still not perfect but tbh my weight went down cause of less water retention and face seems to be less bloated aswell?? idk for certain)

i think 1:3, some people on here say 1:5 but i think if it's 1:3 is fine
