How can I distance myself from my parents

This would make more sense if you saw my post yesterday but even if you dnr, i posted it because i got into a fight with my dad. since then he’s been weirdly nice to me in a controlling way. Im scared he’ll continue this fake shit so I fall victim to his slavecel propaganda. Most people will suggest for me to just stop listening to him but naturally this is almost impossible. People rely on their parents and I naturally crave this good connection but i know its not possible because of my situation. How do I stop letting him control me?
