low htn from the front, strong mtn overall because you're a bit recessed. A genioplasty would ascend you to low htn overall, but you're well above average anyway.

lil widening and upturning would ascend you hella, from RBF htn to approachable chadlite imo. Look into a lateral commissuroplasty, they only cost around 1k or less.
