How can i eat the required amount of potassium without getting too much carbohydrates that bloat my face? (Other than potassium supplements)

I need to eat potassium to get a slimmer face yeah I know but what's the point if these foods have carbohydrates which can cause your face to bloat? Like for example jumbo russet patatoes they have like 1600 mg of potassium but they have 60 mg of carbs or some even say 200 mg of carbs, and bananas have only 300 mg of potassium with like 20 mg of carbs, so eating multiple a day doesn't seem good at all. I eat like 2 to 3 apples a day and I eat eggs and sometimes red meat and mostly chicken and I'm fairly lean and everytime I workout really hardmy face also bloats up. What should I do?
