I can tell your new round here, symmetry does not matter unless you are severely asymmetrical to the point where people tell you in real life you look asymmetrical lol, everyone is slightly asymmetrical and trust me you notice it more than we do when you look at a photo but in motion no one notices (unless like I said above it’s severe) your symmetry is absolutely fine if anything it’s above average considerably.

Yes I have a terrible deviated septum too I didn’t even notice yours, I am getting a septoplasty next year, mine is so bad people have mentioned it to me lol but that is your only asymmetrical feature and it will have little impact on your facial attractiveness and yes you are correct you will see it 50x worse as it is because it’s your own face like I didn’t even notice lol and I deeply analysed your face don’t know how I missed it tbh
