how can i fall asleep if my sleeping schedule is bad?

i cant fall asleep and when i do it’s because i can barely open my eyes but it hit 7am and i wake up at 4pm.
 
make yourself tired by exercising

Skip a night of sleep using caffeine, than get the light in your eyes for like 10-20 mins when the sun rises to set the circadian rhythm, get some sunlight during the day and watch the sunset to signal your body that it’s time to sleep.
