how can i fix jaw reccession

my side profile is so cooked and I'm 99% sure its because my jaw is recessed. my side profile looks good while jutting tho so that is why i think its because of recessed jaw. how do i know if my jaw is recessed? and if it is, is there any non surgical methods i can do or should i just tie the knot and give up? any help appreciated
