It doesn't matter lol. TylerGIF has had this issue forever and doesnt have any breathing issue from what I understand, and he is opting for NCR sessions to align the sphenoid.

what helped me is relaxing masseters
my ramus improved alot in a short time by doing that

its not surgery they put a fucking ballon up ur nose a couple times and expand it and it pushes along the sphenoid from what i understand again
