How can i fix my damaged skin

I have been using topical ghk-cu but i still have a rough skin texture. And i have nasal labial folds and puffy undereyes, is it fixable? Or is it bones

Either do microneedling with 0.5mm infusion pens (do it every 8-12 weeks for best results) or just get fraxel laser treatment and also start applying 0.1% tazarotene gel on your nasolabial folds

Eat raw liver.

I just bought the pen, so i just cleanse my skin, apply my topical ghk, microneedle, then what precautions are there? I often go outside and in chlorine cuz im a swimmer, will this effect it?

Just cleanse the skin and disinfect the area (using alcohol wipe) before and then avoid sun exposure or harsh products after. Definitely avoid swimming too

Damn, would like 3-4 days after i use be enough to work somewhat before i go in chlorine and the sun? I cant really avoid swimming cuz im a competitive swimmer

my skin was like yours been using topical ghk cu with methylene blue and klow and my skin looks amazing

Is it all topical? If so can you help me out with link of what you use? I use the ordinary topical ghk already
