how much does canthoplasty+ lower eyelid extraction + implants cost? its over tier no amount of icehooding can save me

Eyelid pulling seems legit (it rely on orbitalis muscle hypetrophy and unlike icehooding this is somewhat permanent), you should give it a try.
Great eye color though, try bonesmashing infraorbitals or if you're high inhib get infraorbital rim implants for scleral show.

it may not be obvious but i have the worst undereye support so implants are the only way for it thank you for the other things tho

Dont bonesmash for the love of god if u think hitting ur bones with a hammer is gonna get you chad eyes your wrong. Just moneymaxx untill you can surgery for infras etc. Also u dont want to mess up harmony bonesmashing doesnt work its a cope. Surgery is the only thing that really works.

I've tried it myself and it works, as long as you know what you're doing you won't break your harmony (obviously someone who have a prettyboy harmony shouldn't bonesmash his chin and someone who have a lowish es ratio shouldn't bonesmash his zygos that's common sense), in the worst case scenairo you will have a bigger bonemass and assymetries which are not noticeable irl.
