if you really are low bodyfat you just dont have any bones. only surgery will fix

This seems like you're purposely pushing it back. If that's not the case I would suggest you get that checked out by a professional.

What surgeries?
probably a BSSO with a Lefort 1 if you have issues with your bite like a overbite which it looks like. I am not a medical expert whatsoever so you should definitely go to a maxillofacial surgeon to get it checked out instead.

I am one of the kindest users here and always try to provide natural solutions to other users' facial flaws, but dude, you can't fix whatever is going on with your jawline naturally. You can get jaw implants or surgery; those are the only two options you have here.

Your mandible doesn't look recessed, but it looks like you don't even have a hyoid bone at all

Check the video, I have an 8 mm overbite and crossbite aswell i got my braces 6 months ago but I'm already 18 years old I'm afraid I can't get it covered by insurance anymore

Yeah your jawline is recessed, mewing would work, but only a bit. Hardmax is really the only good option honestly.

my dick is 8.5 inches btw.

thats bad... you were definitely a contestant for a double jaw surgery then if you had consulted with a maxillofacial surgeon. you still can do it and see if insurance will cover it but after 18 (at least where im from) it is really hard

damn u r ugly
Thanks bro, my choice of course to be born like this, honestly my diet has been perfect for 2 years straight I start to think that's cope aswell

you need constant pressure of braces and multiple years to fix your flaws. how do you think 1 minute of pushing your thumb in your mouth will change anything

in the vid it looks like you let your tongue hang fully down
make one like this
1 recorded frontally, open mouth, create suction at the roof of the mouth with tongue
2. close mouth, keep tongue on the roof
3. move camera to side

I have tried something, when I give myself an underbite my jaw feels actually more relaxed and natural and doesn't appear recessed as much tbh, might need to underbite max to hide the flaw
