Can my maxilla be “fixed” with implants? I was told rhinoplasty and implants could maybe help or is my maxilla too fucked and the only solution is jaw surgery?

Boyo in ur case no surgery ngl, ccwr gonna fuck your philtrum as lips too big and nose too long. U need kinda lefort 3 for fix but u won’t get it so I guess only implants to undereye, cheeks, jaw (mb bsso could work instead), genio gonna help too

Yes and we are about to do another LeFort II next month at Giant, making it by far the most experienced and safest option. No one else has done a custom LeFort II at all, especially for aesthetics.

Yes as others have said, this is a LeFort II Case. Usually about 35K euros in Istanbul but this might actually be a modified mini-version excluding the dental segment. I would need scans to determine. If thats the case it would simplify things and the price might be just 25K euros.

LeFort II/III/OBO will NEVER be as common as LeFort I, even at Giant, and will stay relatively non existent outside of Giant. That's because LeFort I is actually a very good procedure, for the right cases which more cases are suited better for LF1 than LF2.

I guess u r right but also I believe in small communities like this it can become a big think tbh, there are a lot of ppl claiming (in words at least) they desperately need it
