Hey. I‘m 19 and in 2018 I got Nasolabial folds after I had very bad depressions and cried everyday for like 2 months.
I want them to dissapear to get my confidence back.
What can I do? Is gaining weight a solution?
Here‘s a pic in very bad lightning.

I know I have a long philtrum, don‘t tell me

The depression and cortisol spike likely deplenished your collagen levels which leads to saggy skin.

Exercise daily and get your HGH levels up to fix this. Use tretinoin.

Yeah, it‘s strange. In most lightnings I have 0 folds and in bad shadows they are noticeable.
Here‘s a example with sun light from the side

If you have folds it's still a result of natural skin aging and thus low collagen.

You also have folds underneath your eyes. That's low collagen.

What‘s so wrong about the philtrum? Paul wesley has is too.

I had always folds under my eyes, even when I was a little kid

If I gain weight (I’m very thin)
Will they maybe dissapear?

If it was recently caused by environmental factors then it’s only plausible to assume it can be reverted through environmental factors too. You won’t need any surgeries or external treatments. I guess you should just smile a lot to stretch your mouth and philtrum horizontally. Overtime I should make the folds go away. Also, don’t forget to mew. Exaggerate on your smiles and keep them up for a long time to speed up the effect.
Kind of poetic that you’re going to smile to get get rid of something that you got by crying and being depressed, but its probably gonna work.

TLDR: just smile theory

Ok thanks, should I smile with open mouth or closed?

Fillers don't count as surgery right?

Holy fuck what is wrong with your lips

Is it me or is your maxilla weak making your nasolabial area appear flat

You literally don't have nasolobial folds you just have low collagen so your skin looks like shit

Why do you think so? It looks like rhis in the first pic because I‘m under a three and the shadow is on my face
