i have a big ass nose and its probably my biggest flaw, is there any softmaxx to reduce it a little bit? or is rhino the only solution

Not gonna help with “big ass” nose, why not just save up 3500 euros instead of wasting your time and weakening your skin barrier

sorry i explained myself wrong, i dont have a big ass nose but its def not ideal, i would say its “kinda wide” could hydrocortisone fix it? i will probably still get a rhino when ill be able tho
