I "fix" my bedtime from time to time but I always end up gravitating back to staying up all night. Regarless of caffeine comsuption.

yeah same but i consume a lot of caffeine that might be my problem

Drink caffeine only in the morning and none past sunset. If this doesn't fix your sleep then you're just built like this tbh

No screen time 30 mins before bed
Melatonin and magnesium
Try to wake up and go to sleep at the same time each day
Sleep study if you think you have sleep apnea

screens are my biggest issue by far, any advice to cut that out? or better ways to use them like low brightness

melatonin works for me most of the time either that or magenesium
my parents would never purchase that for me but what are some foods high in magnesium
