Your eyes are pretty symmetrical, however, the canthal tilt ruins it. Maybe work on the surrounding areas to like stop people from noticing, well it kind of depends on what the rest of the face looks like. Lateral canthoplasty, canthopexy, or a normal canthoplastly will all help your case.
