how can i fix one side being super recessed and how noticeable is it

Tldr my face is fucked, i want to rope i am way past puberty how can i fix the recession, teeth are not perfect but no underbite or overbite i can feel that one side feels like its higher and closer to my maxilla if that makes sense on the recessed side, i think my sphenoid is tilted aswell just started gym so i'm in the midst of cutting alot of weight but if anything this might make it more noticeable help please and thank you bar the somewhat bad angle how fucked am i, allow me to live another day.
