How can i fix unbalanced eyes?

i feel like my left eye is neutral,while my right eye is positive tilted
Moreover , my left eye seems to be shorter ,idk how to describe it.I used to rub my left eye when i was 11-12
I would like to learn how to fix it

Like the other poster said, this is likely a bone issue as asymmetry in eye placement, tilt, length isn't rooted in muscular imbalance.
If you want a confident answer, post your eye area.
