With the slippers I cut the bottom part out, put the insoles in there then put the cloth cover back on. Probably couldn't do it with the clogs and honestly wouldn't boost as much height if I added insoles to the other ones, def less discreet though.

I have the same pair as you, I also have the loafers, and daily sneakers they have all 2-2.6 inches. All are great- undetectable in shorts as well they do well with the ankle being in the most frauded position to replicate it have no boost.
