hydrocortisone can help w ur nose a little but not really a noticeable amount
pdo threads can also help with your nose
you should just do anything you can to fix your acne, can't really hide texture

diet is the most important, start by fixing that and you could also try and get tretinoin
don't jump straight to accutane before doing these things
for skincare, just use a simple non-comedogenic face wash and the tretinoin, that and a good diet will fix most of your acne

obv goyslop, just mainly avoid junk food/seed oils
i eat a primal diet but if you don't wanna eat raw food still try and mainly eat meat, organs, fruit, yogurt and milk
