to gain fat u can try volufiline but not everyone responds to it, and you can use concealer / tinted moisturiser

tinted spf would work, just make sure it's the same tone as ur skin color

As far as i know, only way to gain fat in these areas is fat grafting. Prob will do it too when i got enough money. Infra/Supra fat grafting saves lives.
