How can i get a better jaw ?

Hey guys , the first pic is a normal picture taken of me and the second one is sort of an morphed pic , although the difference may not be huge but i think these few changes would make a difference, how can i reach the second naturally without doing any cosmetic surgery?
Note : i have an underbite and i think my maxilla is recessed

Change doesn’t seem to be achievable without surgery, beard may help you really well tho
