You can also see after you get the title transferred to you for a reverse auto equity loan

Not all too familiar with the US Loan process but if your credit is good, which I assume it is. As long as your income is high enough for a bank to approve you on the loan, putting 10k down probably won't cut it, need a yearly income to show for.
