How can I get a smaller nose ?

What can I do to shrink my nose? I am currently using hydrocortisone cream and I've been thinking about using accutane. Will losing bodyfat also help me in the long run. I am 6'2 and weigh 86kg.

valid bro. im 6'15 and 84 kg and being leaner would make me look too much like a slender man so unless youre overweight the only solution may be to just try debloating/doing more cardio for a leaner face

I still got a lot of fat i can lose so hopefully getting leaner helps me in the long run.

Run ashwagandha when you use hydrocortsione. Also add in dutasteride for nose slimming

real talk ive been taking it for 4 or so weeks and my testosterone increased a lot. Im just doing shit everyday and putting on muscle just by sneezing. Makes me wonder whether this is really just ashwagandha at all

are you using nature made ashwagandha? Or does the brand not make a difference ?

my dad was on a trip to India he bought me the real stuff. I dont know if brand made are different but id suggest you look for natural pressed tablets

I went from 130lbs~ at 6'1 to 200lbs in the past year and my nose became so subhuman with a wider bridge. It's frustrating because I already got a rhino in Turkey 2 1/2 years ago to slim the bridge and it became kinda decent but still has never really lived up to my expectations. I cope with the fact that the dr said I have very thick skin and it can take 3+ years for rhino swelling to fully heal. I hope if I lose all the weight and do creams and ashwagandha and all that then it can finally look good. Otherwise I'll get another rhino I'm not dying without a good nose

dont know the dosing but 2 tablets a day. The tablets themselves are pressed powder of the grated root. Took like 2 weeks for them to start working
