I’m 5’9” around 145-150 usually and have been struggling to bulk for around a year now. “Just eating more” doesn’t work because I get distracted too easily to actually get up and make food sometimes but mostly because of how financially unstable I am

Here’s my grocery list if you want inspiration. For my bulk (140-165) I really focused on getting 2 pounds of red meat in a day and a dozen or more eggs. On top of that, I’d consume a lot of raw dairy especially before bed for bone mass and gh. High quality dairy whether raw or not can also heal your gut too and clear your skin. For carbs, I only have them before workouts. You can have quick carbs like bananas, raw honey, etc but for the bulk I’ll do rice or sweet potatoes. Make sure to go on lengthy walks after eating and take your time chewing (30 chews before swallowing) to prevent bloating. It truly is about eating more but you will feel better eating optimally, timing carbs, and not being bloated.

Protein

• Grass-Fed Steak (sirloin preferred) & Ground Beef (90/10 you may wanna do 80/20 to cholesterol max)

• Pasture-Raised Eggs

• Wild-Caught Shrimp (3× per week)

• Raw Milk (check realmilk.com)

• Raw Liver (optional, small daily portion)



Carbs

• Organic Jasmine Rice or Sweet
Potatoes

• Kiwi (preferred) or Bananas

• Organic Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)

• Local Raw Honey



Fats

• Grass-Fed Butter (for coffee + eggs)

• Grass-Fed Ghee (for steaks)

• Avocados



Other

• Organic Black Coffee

• Baking Soda (pre-workout)

• Sea Salt

• Spring Water

Hydration

• 0.75–1 gallon water daily

• small pinch of sea salt for electrolytes



Movement

• Walk ~3.5 miles daily (morning + post-meals)



Macro Goals

• Protein: 40%

• Carbs: 15%

• Fats: 45%

I did not tell him to stuff himself like a pig, I asked him to ingest more calories. It's basic biology but whatever helps you sleep at night son.

If you hit calorie surplus then you grow, that’s it. Retard. Can’t expect to gain mass while eating 2 packs of noodles, cigarettes and ice
