dont have to call or walk in anywhere nowadays
many banks u can sign up to online for free just google

as for mail, u can get a PO box for like 5 bucks a month and pick it up there if its that much of an issue or just make sure u get the mail before ur parents
or mail it to ur friends house or some shit
